Create a New Visit:
- When scheduling an appointment, select the Telehealth option. This can be done at the time of creating the visit to automatically configure it for virtual attendance.
Choose a Telehealth Visit Type:
- For even quicker setup, you can select a specific Telehealth Visit Type. This option will automatically check the telehealth box and enable the virtual meeting link.
Automatic Patient Notifications:
- Once a telehealth visit is created, OfficePro will send an email and text notification to the patient. These notifications contain a link to access the virtual meeting room, allowing patients to connect with ease.
Additional Tips:
- Ensure that the patient's contact details (email and phone number) are updated in their profile for the notifications to be sent accurately.
