The Message system has been enhanced with a new feature that allows you to use a WYSIWYG editor on your initial messages to patients.  This will allow you to add formatting such as Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, bullet and numbered lists and even set the style of paragraphs and add links. This is a significant enhancement in the function of these messages. 
Please note replies are not formatted and are restricted to plain text.

The patient's product list has been enhanced. You can now see the last date ordered, the refill alert (if present) and you can search and page through the records. There was a huge performance boost from these updates allowing the product pages to load rapidly.

We have implemented a new security layer at login. When a new user attempts to login at the practice level they will need to have their IP approved before being able to access the service. When they receive the IM restriction warning they will e offered to send a request for authorization. This will send an email to the account owner (and manager) allowing them to approve or deny the login attempt.
